Lathe has a terrific crew, who are very skilled, polite, punctual, and importantly very helpful. We had issues associated with the water leak in the basement. Despite it being New Year's Eve, Lathe’s team arrived immediately on our initial phone call and took care of the entire process. Chris and Kevin were on point in mitigating the issue at hand and we were very impressed to see how quickly and neatly the task was accomplished. Another of their colleague Trevor, also deserves kudos for following up for the next three days, followed by Lathe (owner) in person on the last day. We had a minor technical glitch with our microwave, but his team was very accommodating in sorting the issue out. This was very sweet of them. In summary, I am absolutely impressed with this crew and they are on my speed dial should any issues arise in the future. They are indeed the go to guys in case of a home related emergency.

I am the property coordinator for a property in Elkhorn. We had water intrusion in the basement and black mold. I first contacted another company, and was very disappointed with the service we received. The following week I contacted SERVPRO. I was immediately contacted and they put me in contact with Jared, the PM. He was professional, responsive, PATIENT, knowledgeable and thorough. He kept me updated in a timely manner. Brian, Lathe, and the crew are amazing! I was worried I was going to have to tear up my whole basement, due to water damage, which was newly renovated. They did a great job of making sure that did not have to happen. They gave me a run down of the treatment process. My basement looked great after they were done. So, if anything happens again I'm going to give them a call.

Lathe, Chris, and crew are wonderful. They saved me from having floors and walls torn out due to interior water damage. They were amazingly prompt Chris was at my home within a half-hour after I spoke with Lathe. I was very impressed with the thorough inspection given to all areas affected, and the treatment process. The machinery used is nothing short of amazing. The effectiveness of eliminating all traces of water and moisture is phenomenal. My basement flooded earlier this month and I called SERVPRO to come and see what they can do. They were very quick to get to my house and inspect it. They got their team out the same day and started working on my basement. The finishing product was amazing. They did a great job and the people are so nice and caring. Kudos to the SERVPRO Omaha Southwest group that came to my home 9/17. This is the emergency crew that came to Milwaukee to help remove water from many flooded basements and buildings. Their timely help saved my lower level from being destroyed. I am so grateful for their service!! SERVPRO is the BEST!! Thank you Lathe for your team and your kind help getting things done. Brian was absolutely amazing to work with. We came in under budget and are so happy to have the water damaged items removed after a storm caused a power outage which left our sump pump not working. They not only did an amazing job with their work but they gave me suggestions on who to talk to about the other issues we were having in our basement. Jesse and team did great work in removing the items and also explained everything. I hope we never need this service again but if we do, I wouldn't choose anyone else and know help is a phone call away.
