About Us
SERVPRO Team Toft proudly serves the Greater Omaha and Council Bluffs areas through our locally owned and operated franchises — Omaha Southwest, Omaha Northwest, Omaha West/Saunders County, and Council Bluffs.
Owned by Lathe and Nicole Toft, our team is deeply rooted in the restoration and construction industries. After relocating from northwest Iowa, where they co-owned SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes, the Tofts purchased SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest in July 2019, SERVPRO of Omaha West/Saunders County in December 2019, SERVPRO of Council Bluffs in September 2021, and SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest in November 2023. Lathe also brings extensive construction expertise as the former co-owner of Boji Builders Inc., established in 2002.

We’re also equipped with a fully stocked semi-truck and trailer, ready to deploy at a moment’s notice for storm and disaster response anywhere it’s needed.

My basement flooded earlier this month and I called SERVPRO to come and see what they can do. They were very quick to get to my house and inspect it. They got their team out the same day and started working on my basement. The finishing product was amazing. They did a great job and the people are so nice and caring. Lathe and the team did a great job with my home. We just thought a nice deep spring cleaning was needed we have 3 kids and a dog so why not have a clean. Brian was absolutely amazing to work with. We came in under budget and are so happy to have the water damaged items removed after a storm caused a power outage which left our sump pump not working. They not only did an amazing job with their work but they gave me suggestions on who to talk to about the other issues we were having in our basement. Jesse and team did great work in removing the items and also explained everything. I hope we never need this service again but if we do, I wouldn't choose anyone else and know help is a phone call away.
SERVPRO team did a fantastic job! They were knowledgeable and courteous and checked in with me every morning until the job was finished! I will definitely be recommending them to family, friends and work colleagues!

They did a great job of making sure that did not have to happen. They gave me a run down of the treatment process. My basement looked great after they were done. So, if anything happens again I'm going to give them a call.
Lathe, Chris, and crew are wonderful. They saved me from having floors and walls torn out due to interior water damage. They were amazingly prompt Chris was at my home within a half-hour after I spoke with Lathe. I was very impressed with the thorough inspection given to all areas affected, and the treatment process. The machinery used is nothing short of amazing. The effectiveness of eliminating all traces of water and moisture is phenomenal. I will be forever grateful to SERVPRO for giving me such great results.

I first contacted another company, and was very disappointed with the service we received. The following week I contacted SERVPRO.
