We had this emergency, where a water filter we got installed, at some point, had a leak due to a malfunctioning valve, and we noticed water most definitely went under the vinyl flooring we have in the kitchen.
We contacted SERVPRO of North Raleigh, and everything was very uncomplicated, and explained in a simple, and concrete language. We got the initial appointment, where Mitigation Project Manager Juan came to make the assessment, and through some amazing equipment, determined the flow of the water leak without tearing anything up. He was very clear in his instructions, next steps, and emailing my wife the report, and photos we needed to send to our insurance company very promptly. We set up the crew to come do the tearing of the floor, and do the drying. Jordan, and his crew came and did an excellent job, set up the fans and filters, and also the crew came the day after to check the progress of the drying. It was completely dry, and ready for next step (reconstruction) in two days, since it was not a long term leak. Jordan and his crew did a fabulous job, were very patient, and caring with our cat Hazel, who was very curious during the entire process. We are very grateful, and relieved the process was very easy and smooth. We strongly recommend and thank SERVPRO of North Raleigh, Jordan and his Crew, and Juan for the extraordinary and professional work.
