Patrick is the Commercial Operations Restoration Manager at SERVPRO of North Raleigh & Wake Forest. Pat has extensive knowledge in designing, building and reconstruction in residential and commercial settings. Pat is also IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and Carpet Repair & Installation.

Brandon is one of the Large Loss Managers at SERVPRO of North Raleigh & Wake Forest. He has several years of experience in the field of mitigation and restoration and holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, Health & Safety Equivalent, Journeyman Water Restorer and Master Water Restorer. Brandon is also OSHA certified for Occupational Safety and Health and certified in Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair and Painting. Brandon is a proud veteran of The United States Army. We thank you for your service Brandon! He is a dedicated employee and has not missed a day of work in 8 years!

Jason is a Reconstruction Estimator at SERVPRO of North Raleigh & Wake Forest. Jason is originally from New York. In his spare time, Jason spends time with his three children and riding his motorcycle.

Juan is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of North Raleigh & Wake Forest. He has several years of experience in the field of mitigation and holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation.

Margareth is a Fire and Water Technician at SERVPRO of North Raleigh & Wake Forest. She is fluent in Spanish and comes to work with a smile on her face everyday.

Angie is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of North Raleigh & Wake Forest. Angie has worked here since 2018. Angie is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke, Applied Structural Drying, and Trauma & Crime Scene. She works hard and takes pride in her work. When she isn't working she spends time on horse rehabilitation. She also loves to play with her toddler son and their dogs.

Jehson is an outstanding Water Restoration Technician here at SERVPRO of North Raleigh/Wake Forest. He is soft spoken but works very hard. He has a strong sense of dependability and responsibility.

Ken is a very knowledgeable Project Manager. He has been working in the field for us with outstanding professionalism before receiving his promotion. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration. He got 100% on that test and has attended Perdue.

Timmy is a very hard working, dependable, Mitigation Superintendent here at SERVPRO of North Raleigh/Wake Forest. He has a lot of experience in the field and is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, and Trauma & Crime Scene. He loves watching the Broncos play football, with his wife, as well as the occasional NASCAR race.

Patricia is one of our wonderful Contents Restoration experts here at SERVPRO North Raleigh/Wake Forest. She is always up for the job with a cheerful attitude. She has been working for us for a while now and we are very happy to have her aboard.

Ivana is our expert Large Loss Manager here at SERVPRO North Raleigh/Wake Forest. She specialized in COVID-19 cleanings, Fire & Smoke, and Contents. She has been with us for a long time now and the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Fire & Smoke, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Odor Control. She works hard to keep our customers and their businesses safe and taken care of.
