Mandy was the first person I talked to at SERVPRO of South Atlanta when I realized that we had a disaster on our hands due to water damage. She answered her phone immediately as she has done every time that I call her, and she is extremely concerned and empathetic, and gets people moving and over to my house promptly as needed. She has been A++++++ to work with!
The team that came out to remove my things from the Apartment due to smoke damage was very professional, kind, and sympathetic. They did such a great job! I didn't have to do anything. I was surprised when they told me they would remove the garbage and dump it for me. The two leading ladies are Gigi and Iris, they are amazing!!! They got everything cleaned for me. I didn't have to do anything. I am very happy and pleased with the service they did.
Mandy was amazing as it relates to helping us confirm services at our location (Fogo De Chao) in Buckhead. When I called the after hours line for SERVPRO, the dispatch could not tell me when specifically someone would reach out. You can imagine, I was quite anxious for our team. She called right away, within one minute!!!! Mandy was extremely helpful, empathetic and thorough. She followed up with me for the next 30 minutes or so, and was just lovely to work with. So wonderful to work with someone who truly cares. She is a gem!!!! Her response and support really made a tough situation bearable. Thank you, Mandy!!

Merlis and her team spent several days removing FOUR rooms full of items damaged by a sewage backup which caused a great deal of mold and mildew. It was enough to fill up two dumpsters. They carted out the lightest to the heaviest items without hesitation. All of the items I chose to keep, they boxed and labeled, making them easily accessible. In other words, they did a fantastic job and I have no complaints. I give them the highest stars.
