Matt has been an integral part of SERVPRO of South Atlanta for the past decade, now leading our internal growth as the Human Resources Manager.

Matt's journey with us is unique: he began his career in Sales & Marketing but ultimately found his true calling in supporting our people and cultivating a strong, positive team culture. This diverse background, combined with prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, and technology, gives Matt a rare blend of technical insight and emotional intelligence—a perfect mix for helping our entire organization grow and thrive.

Today, Dustin proudly leads our field operations as the Head of the Mitigation Department. He brings over a decade of valuable, hands-on experience in restoration, making him an authority in crisis management. As a certified IICRC Water Restoration Technician, Dustin is recognized for his technical expertise, but it is his steady, compassionate approach to helping customers during their toughest times that truly sets him apart.

A proud native of Augusta, Georgia, Ethan is a devoted husband and father of two. For him, family truly comes first, grounding his work ethic and inspiring his dedication. Carl Facchini leads the construction team at SERVPRO of South Atlanta with a powerful combination of experience, integrity, and genuine dedication. He brings a truly well-rounded perspective to every project, backed by more than a decade in construction and over 11 years in the restoration industry specifically.

Carl ensures that when we rebuild homes and businesses, they aren't just put back together—they are fully and flawlessly restored.

Originally hailing from New York, Carl’s strong work ethic and focus reflect his roots. He brings that same disciplined passion to every job, alongside an unwavering loyalty to his favorite baseball team, the Yankees.

His deep knowledge is proven by his professional credentials, which include certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WTR), Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSR), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMR). These certifications ensure he’s a knowledgeable leader no matter how complex the disaster.

Hugo is the Contents Production Manager at SERVPRO of South Atlanta, and he is exactly the kind of professional every customer wants on their recovery team. Faith has been with SERVPRO for over one year as an administrative loss coordinator. Faith is one of the friendly voices you may have heard when you call SERVPRO of South Atlanta. Her job is to help in an administrative role by creating job files and coordinating with insurance adjusters to ensure jobs run smoothly and as expected. Faith was born and raised in Wisconsin, living there until she was twelve year old. She loves to travel and has been to New York, Montana, Colorado, Mexico and Canada. Faith is very outgoing, has a strong “go-getter attitude” and a big heart as demonstrated by her love for animals even though she is allergic to about 90% of them. In her spare time she enjoys being outside riding four wheelers, side-by-sides and doing home DIY projects.

Tayllor is the vibrant source of positivity and energy in the SERVPRO of South Atlanta office every single day. Known for her quick wit and genuine kindness, she has a natural ability to make everyone feel welcome, supported, and, most importantly, confident—especially when they are facing a crisis.
