We had the best experience using SERVPRO of Shoreline/Woodinville. Not only were they extremely professional but they were always on time and did a great job. The PM helped explain what would need to be done and walked me through the entire process. I am very impressed with them and the thorough work they did. Five Star service all around.

The team was absolutely amazing!! Carmen was fantastic as lead and her team of Eliza, Icela, Iris, Estevan, and Alma were incredible. They went above and beyond helping me with getting my house back after a fire caused a lot of smoke damage. They looked out for my best interest and made sure things were done efficiently and correctly. They went above and beyond each day doing things to make me feel more at home...even made my bed which almost made me cry after a long day (that someone would do that for me). Something little, but really touched me. I felt very cared for and knew I was in the best of hands. My house has never been cleaner. They do amazing work and are incredibly professional! I do not ever want to have another fire, but if I ever need help again I would call them in a heartbeat. Thank you!!!!

Nate and his team were amazing. Before the water finished pouring through the ceiling (sprinkler systems going off three floors above) Nate and his team were there cleaning up the mess at 9 pm at night. The whole process was managed flawlessly by SERVPRO, including helping us find a great contractor. They moved out our things, stored them, cleaned and dried out our space with so much ease and efficiency. This team knows what they are doing and how to reassure the client during a very stressful event. I highly recommend you call them for your next unexpected challenge. Given that SERVPRO is franchised, I can't speak for the other teams - but the Shoreline/Woodinville team is amazing!

Thanks for all your help getting my crawl space cleaned up after my sewer pipe broke! Ick! ..what an awful job, but the guys came in with smiles and got right down to business, never complaining at all! I certainly could not do that...so I applaud them! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and got the job done to my satisfaction. I will recommend you to anyone of my friends who need your services!

SERVPRO moved my stuff after my last apartment caught fire. They were quick to get the move scheduled. Luke Smith and his team did a great job of getting my stuff moved over to the new place. Nothing was broken or left behind. Easiest move ever.

When the tenant two floors above me fell asleep with the water in the kitchen running (?!), my unit was completely soaked. My apartment management company contacted SERVPRO, and they immediately began walking me through the process. This was the first time I’ve ever had to deal with anything like this, and I am incredibly grateful for how patient, accommodating and understanding the team has been. Of course, an apartment flood and an unexpected move in the midst of a global pandemic was less than ideal, but Bryan, Jakob, and Colby made everything transparent and easy.
