When the toilet recently failed, it splashed 4" of clean water throughout our home. Highly recommended by a friend, I called SERVPRO of Clallam & Jefferson County. They were great! Quick to respond with 15 dryers & 4 humidifiers. In addition, they removed all the soggy insulation in the crawl space. Quite a job! Owner Rob Bourns has assembled a wonderful team - quick to assess & quick to get the job done. Next came the restoration & rebuild. SERVPRO gathered local contractors & purchased materials locally, too.
I found SERVPRO to be efficient, timely, competent & caring - down to the last detail.We had water damage due to a faulty water spigot. I called SERVPRO and they came out almost immediately, even though there was a foot of snow on the ground and the roads were icy. Joe Edwards and his helpers got to work right away. Joe was very professional and let me know what to expect from the work that they would be doing as well as what my insurance company might be expecting as well. Joe was a great worker and kept me apprised of everything they were doing and what they planned to do and even made recommendations on how to avoid mishaps like this in the future. His efforts helped minimize the damage that the water did to my home. I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone who is unfortunate enough to have water damage in their home.
