Our house was days away from being listed for sale when a water heater failed and flooded half the house. I was heartbroken and clueless about who to call after the insurance and the realtors. Our realtors recommended Teddy at SERVPRO of Greater Waco. He explained every step of the cleanup and he went to work that afternoon.
Teddy texted updates throughout the mitigation process, sent images and told me when he would be at the property in case I needed to meet with him. He was also very good in his dealings with the insurance carrier and patient with their process.
Water does damage and we had had to replace flooring, drywall, carpet padding and have paint done. Normally that means contractors, and bids, and insurance issues, and, well, more. UGH. Fortunately, Teddy and his crew of SERVPRO Greater Waco can offer repair services. He never pressured the selection but by that time I trusted him and his work so it was an easy decision to keep him on the job. It was a great decision. The house looked better than before and received compliments from would-be buyers.

When life threw us a curveball and our entire house flooded Mr. Moore was incredibly helpful in navigating such an overwhelming life event. He was so thorough in checking every part of our house for damage. He was always on time, he explained every step of the process. Even our kids and dogs loved him. He will be the only person we will call if we ever need any help like this again!
Teddy and his crew were great to work with. We called on a Sunday and they came out that afternoon to look at everything. He then offered to come out the next morning when the insurance adjuster would be at our house to make sure everything he had to do would be approved. They were efficient and were sure to answer all our questions and checked with the adjuster before doing something that wasn’t previously discussed to make sure there were no surprises. We never had to wait for them to show up, they were always early. We will recommend them to anyone in the future that may need restoration work done.
