We’ve only had one meeting so far, but we are happy with the company. Zach and Dave came out after we had a water incident. They were prompt and professional and answered our extensive questions. They set up drying fans same day and Zach is writing a report for insurance. Feels like they will take care of us for the work needed. Laura, who called to schedule our appointment, was also very kind and helpful.
Zach and Dom came out and inspected my homes after water infiltration. They did a very thorough job and saved us tons of money with their assessment. Customer service was on point as well. Highly recommend!
We had a punctured water line flood on our new floors at 11pm. We called SERVPRO and Mike showed up in less than an hour to start fans & dehumidifiers. Throughout the process, Mike has been great and taken excellent care of us. He coordinated with our schedule and has been extremely courteous. I've had the best experience with SERVPRO. Our house flooded and my homeowners insurance company suggested them to come out and remove all the moisture in the walls and i'm amazed at how quick they called to set up an appointment, how punctual they are and just how friendly all of the guys are that have came out.
