We had a water leak that resulted in mold damage to wood paneling in one of our church offices. The SERVPRO staff was quick to respond to our call for service, scheduled a meeting to discuss what was needed and expected, and followed through quickly and thoroughly. There was also great follow up and a prepared emergency ready profile in case we had any other problems and needed to contact emergency professionals in the future. SERVPRO came and cleaned my carpet today. Let me just say there are companies who clean carpet and then there’s SERVPRO. Titus and Charles arrived on time, were courteous and actually interested in making sure my needs were fully met and that I was satisfied. They were professional, competent and thorough. When they finished it looked as if I had new carpet put down not a sloppy wet mess that would take days to dry.
