Denise and Michael Graham are the owners of SERVPRO of South Philadelphia/SE Delaware County.
Shelly McKeon – Office Manager
Shelly brings with her 15+ years of management experience and although she is new to the world of restoration, she is learning so much from her amazing team. As I learn something new everyday, my hope is that I can help my team be the very best as we all work and grow together. I truly love this team and I will support them. “ The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team” -Phil Jackson. On my off time I enjoy working in my garden, spending time with family and reading.
Jessy Polanco
Jessy Polanco is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of South Philadelphia/SE Delaware County. He has years of Restoration experience and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is also an avid NY sports fan and makes sure everyone knows it !
Nick Keltner
Nick Keltner is the Project Manager at SERVPRO of South Philadelphia/SE Delaware County. He comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in the restoration industry. In his spare time he likes to watch sports and is looking forward to becoming a Dad this December.
Tyler J – Crew Chief
Tyler joined our team four years ago . He has continued to learn and grow daily. He is loved by his crew and is a great Leader. He is WRT certified. Tyler always tries to stay positive, and he rarely says NO. We recently started a New Trash Chute cleaning service where he Eagerly showed initiative to learn. He is a proud father of 3 boys. Tyler enjoys working with his hands and he is always keeping busy.
Kairi Goins
Kairi Goins is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of South Philadelphia/SE Delaware County. He comes to us with close to three years of restoration experience. In his spare time Kairi likes to spend time with his sons and is excitedly awaiting the birth of his first daughter this December.
Samuel Hidalgo-Balbi
Samuel Hidalgo-Balbi is a technician at SERVPRO of South Philadelphia/SE Delaware County. He recently joined our team but comes with a wealth of knowledge and an eagerness to jump in and help where ever he may be needed. We are thankful to have him on our team!
Johnny Cortes-Reconstruction Manager
Johnny joined our team after serving 4 years in the Air Force. Johnny has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to making it "like it never even happened"! Johnny is a proud girl dad and loves Philadelphia Sports team. GO BIRDS!
Lisette Diamond
Lisette Diamond is our Reconstruction Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of South Philadelphia/SE Delaware County. She has a little over three years of restoration experience. In her spare time she enjoys sports, spending with family (especially her adult daughter!) and her favorite quote is "WOW" !
Tiffany T - Job File Coordinator
Tiffany joined our team with over 15 years of experience in the insurance field. This is a helpful skill that comes in handy when dealing with insurance companies during the mitigation and reconstruction process. She enjoys learning new things and adapts to whatever is thrown her way. She has a thirst for knowledge. Whether it's dealing with customers , mitigation, recon and even sometimes technology she will always figure it out. Her energy is infectious and she is often our team energizer bunny , she always has a big smile on her face. She is more sweet then she is sassy for sure. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan alongside with her daughter , they enjoy watching all the games together while her young daughter can name almost all the players and their teams. Her favorite saying is she “will get things buttoned up”. Thanks for being a part of our team.

A few weeks after we bought our house, a house on the adjacent block exploded. We watched on our security camera as smoke billowed over our house and fire hoses strafed water across the exterior. When the fire department finally let us back in, the interior reeked of smoke. I called SERVPRO, who talked me through what equipment might be necessary and how much it would cost, and then sent some folks over to evaluate our situation the next morning. They checked throughout the interior and used a chemical-reacting sponge to see if there was any soot inside. They found none.
They gave us their professional opinion that it wasn't necessary, and that the lingering smell would likely naturally dissipate. They charged nothing for coming out. They very easily could have sold me on renting a machine to get rid of the remaining smoke smell, but did not. That type of honesty is rare these days, and the peace of mind is comforting. In the (hopefully unlikely!) event that we experience some future disaster, these guys will be the first I call.
