My experience with SERVPRO was amazing and I rarely write reviews, but this one deserved some special attention. Specifically tech Eddie A. and Jennifer! In the middle of a TERRIBLE PA snowstorm we had a pipe burst in our home and suffered some water damage in multiple rooms. Unfortunately, my husband and I were on the West Coast and were in a bit of a panic. SERVPRO went out the next day bright and early and got to work! Not only did they have some of the most challenging conditions to work in, but they had to be able to communicate what was going on via phone calls and photos. Eddie did such an incredibly thorough job and even checked out other parts of the house before he wrapped up the job. (Just to make sure there weren't other damaged areas) I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in a water crisis!
