Led by James, Andrew, and Katie Dobson, our family-owned business combines local commitment with industry expertise. Andrew, an IICRC-certified Master Restorer and instructor, ensures our team is equipped to handle any challenge, from water and fire damage to air duct cleaning and mold remediation.

About Our Owners
Owners James Dobson and Andrew and Katie Dobson partnered to be the best restoration specialists in their territories and within the SERVPRO franchise system. Andrew and Katie have two children, their daughter, Quinn and son, Noah. Andrew graduated from Warren G. Harding High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University. Andrew also holds more than 15 certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) and has achieved advanced designations in the cleaning industry’s highest technical designation, IICRC Master. Andrew currently holds the following advanced designations: Master Water Restorer (MWR), Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (MSR) and Master Textile Cleaner (MTC). Katie graduated from Champion High School and has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Communication Studies, Journalism and Visual Design from Kent State University.
