Water damage from a leaking valve caused extensive damage from our first floor into our finished basement and rec room. It damaged ceiling tiles and first floor underfloor. When we called SERVPRO , they offered to come out immediately. It was late so we said they could come in the morning as the damage was already done.
Alec Stoner, SERVPRO’s crew chief, arrived early the next morning. His work over the next 4 days was extremely professional, productive and caring. Alec was a pleasure to have in our home, and he took the stress out of the situation. Thank you Alec. You are an amazing asset to SERVPRO. Our first call will always be to SERVPRO.
Outstanding!!! SERVPRO assisted in restoration after a catastrophic water event in our home. We had sump pump failure followed by over 3 feet of muddy farm run off water enter our home.. Brian and team came as the fire department was concluding the pump out. They were organized in their approach . Today they came with a robust team that tackled the overwhelming task of getting the mud removed. They were professional and respectful of our home ! I’m spending the word!!! Adamstown and surrounding area has access to a business that has given me access to light at the end of this tunnel.!
SERVPRO is currently dealing with my home after severe wind driven rain damage through the whole house. I originally had another company in my home who did not complete the work they were hired to do and left the damage sit for 3 months.
