Tim McGinnis
Tim McGinnis is the president. He has over 25 years of experience in the restoration industry, and 15 years’ experience in carpentry industry. Tim has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Carpet cleaning, Odor Control, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Subrogation 1, Subrogation 2, Introduction to Mold, Bio technician and commercial Drying Specialist. Tim is Also a Certified Bio Technician as well as a certified EPA Lead Renovator, and OSHA 10 certified. Tim is certified through SERVPRO’s E.C.T.P program in Water, Fire, Crew Training and Carpet and Upholstery.
Tim enjoys outdoor sports, such as bowhunting, and spending time with his family, and golden retriever.
Nick McGinnis
Owner and acting General Manager at SERVPRO Team McGinnis
Nick started SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2009 as a hands-on owner and manager. Nick has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Damage Technician (ASD),Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT), Health and Safety Technician (HST), Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Journeyman Water Restorer and Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer. As well as Renovation, Repair, or Painting (RRP) from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
When not working Nick enjoys spending time outside with his family riding dirt bikes, farming, hiking and even hunting. By living in such a beautiful spot in Oregon it allows for a great mix of time in the mountains or at the coast.
Matt McGinnis
Owner and Lead Project Manager Construction Division at SERVPRO Team McGinnis
Matt has been around the restoration industry for over 20 years and is certified in IICRC WRT, FSR, ASD and TCST. He also is a Lead Paint certified Renovator. He had as been with McGinnis Enterprises for 13 years.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys, hunting, archery, shooting, camping and spending time with friends and family.
Monica McGinnis
Owner and Accounts Payable Manager at SERVPRO Team McGinnis
Monica joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis full time in 2020 after supporting the business and her husband Nick in the business for the previous almost 20 years. Previous to joining SERVPRO Team McGinnis Monica had eight years of accounting and management experience.
When not working and talking about SERVPRO Team McGinnis Monica enjoys spending time crafting creating signs, candles and handmade soaps. Monica enjoys the simplicity of farm life in her home of Dallas and cherishes spending quality time with her family.
Alesha McGinnis
Owner and Accounts Receivable Manager at SERVPRO Team McGinnis
Alesha joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis full time in 2024 after supporting the business and her husband Matt in the business for the previous almost 20 years. When not working and talking about SERVPRO Team McGinnis Alesha enjoys spending time watching her kids play sports, traveling and going wine tasting in the beautiful Willamette Valley.
Alesha calls Dallas home and loves the many summer activities that the town hosts like Sounds of Music where local bands put on free outdoor concerts once a week.
Jen Self
Business Development Representative at SERVPRO Team McGinnis
Jen joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2025 as a Business Development Representative with SERVPRO of Salem West and SERVPRO of Lincoln & Polk Counties. Jen brings over 20 years of marketing, sales and networking experience to SERVPRO Team McGinnis.
When not working Jen loves to spend time with her family attending concerts and shows whenever she can. From big name acts to local artists who are just starting out, Jen loves to be in the crowd with the energy and excitement. Jen designs her own jewelry as a creative outlet and has created quite the collection over the years. When out hiking in our beautiful nature, Jen never hits the trails without her camera, hiking and photography are her favorite ways to recharge.
Britni Hoyt
Office Manager at SERVPRO of Salem West and SERVPRO of Lincoln & Polk Counties
Britni joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2023 and serves as Office Manager overseeing all four locations that make up SERVPRO Team McGinnis. Britni has the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
When not working Britni enjoys spending her time reading and being with her family and friends, checking out places around Salem and Dallas like the Saturday Market. Britni likes to try new adventures and fun experiences and recently got a new cat who she loves dotting on and spoiling.
Euclide Nunez
Project Manager at SERVPRO of Salem West and SERVPRO of Lincoln & Polk Counties
Euclide joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2024 as a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Salem West and SERVPRO of Lincoln & Polk Counties. Euclide brings 20 years of leadership and management experience to SERVPRO Team McGinnis.In his free time Euclide enjoys camping in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with his family, visiting the shooting range or rewatching his favorite movie Gladiator. As a Salem local Euclide loves the proximity to great restaurants downtown while also having the whole of the Willamette Valley in his backyard.

Jon joined SERVPRO Team McGinins in 2020 as a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Salem West and SERVPRO of Lincoln & Polk Counties. Jon brings 15 years of practical experience in building and remodeling to SERVPRO TeamMcGinins.
In his free time Jon loves spending time with his four kids, playing horseshoes and spending time in nature like his hometown of Rickreall, a small community outside of Dallas.

Justin brings 25 years of experience in the construction field and industry prior to joining SERVPRO Team McGinnis.
In his free time Justin spends time traveling the country cheering on and supporting his daughter playing softball.
Euri J Nunez

Euri joined SERVPRO Team McGinins in 2025 as a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Salem West and SERVPRO of Lincoln & Polk Counties. Euri brings almost 20 years of industry experience to SERVPRO Team McGinnis in the industry in addition to years of leadership and management experience.
While not working Euri enjoys spending time with his family and friends camping in the beautiful nature here in the Pacific Northwest and exploring all that Salem has to offer.
Michael Spoerhase

Michael joined SERVPRO Team McGinins in 2015 as a Human Resource Manager at SERVPRO of Salem West and SERVPRO of Lincoln & Polk Counties. Michael has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT) and Health and Safety Technician (HST). Michael brings 10 additional years of experience in management and leadership to SERVPRO Team McGinins including 7 years outside of the industry.
When Michael is not working he enjoys flying and all things aviation related including watching aviation videos on YouTube. Michael lives between Lebanon and Sweet Home and loves being away from the hustle and bustle and being out in nature.
Justin Shipley

Justin Joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2022 as a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Salem West and SERVPRO of Lincoln & Polk Counties. Justin brings 15 years of previous experience in the industry prior to joining SERVPRO Team McGinnis.
When not working Justin enjoys spending time out in the beautiful nature that we are lucky enough to be surrounded by while fishing and hiking as well as spending time with his family playing card and board games.

About Us
SERVPRO of Benton/Linn County started in June 2009 by Tim and Nick McGinnis. The McGinnis Family started SERVPRO of Benton County because they saw a need to help property owners after damage had happened to their homes. They have quickly grown acquiring SERVPRO Salem West/ SERVPRO Polk & Lincoln Counties/SERVPRO of Hillsboro & Forest Grove/ SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties. Now known as "SERVPRO TEAM MCGINNIS".
We specialize in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke, and water damage. Tim and Nick alone have over 50 years of experience combined in the restoration industry. Additionally, we have an in-house construction company, McGinnis Restoration and Construction.
Our Staff is highly trained in the property damaged restoration. They receive constant training from SERVPRO corporate. Our employees that work out in the field are IICRC certified and have taken their ECPTS.
McGinnis Enterprises employees over 150+ people from all over the mid-valley area. The McGinnis family is very active in the mid-valley community, and over the years have helped in many organizations to raise money for those in need. They believe in giving back strongly whenever they can.
