Outstanding response, outstanding customer service, everything you could ask for in a home emergency situation. We had a high pressure pipe burst in our basement, soaking a large storage shelf area and leaving 1"-2" of standing water in half the finished basement. SERVPRO of the North Coast was our second call (after a plumber!) and they were here with a full crew in a little over an hour. They went right to work and stayed with it until the standing water was gone and water-damaged items were inspected and removed to their truck. Dehumidifiers and fans were installed throughout the basement and over the next five days (weekend included!) they came and checked the basement and made necessary adjustments. We can't say enough about the SERVPRO crew members that came to our rescue---prompt, polite, hard working and knowledgeable. A great company with great folks. Thanks!

Since 1977, SERVPRO of the Southern Lorain County and Northwest Cuyahoga County has operations in Elyria, Cuyahoga County and North Olmsted in Ohio. In its first year, the business started with one employee and one truck. From 1981 to 1984, SERVPRO of Southern Lorain County and Northwest Cuyahoga County became the largest SERVPRO franchise in the county and continued to grow to become one of the premier restoration companies in Northeast Ohio.
In 2018, SERVPRO of the Southern Lorain County and Northwest Cuyahoga County was purchased by the current ownership group consisting of Michael Spence, Kenneth Parker, Ronnie Pack, Daniel Russell, and Nate Hinders. Since the purchase of the business, we have more than tripled annual revenues and become one of the leading Disaster Restoration Companies in the state of Ohio. Along with 7 franchises in Columbus, Ohio, SERVPRO of the Southern Lorain County gives us the capability to provide disaster recovery services on a moment's notice to nearly 75 percent of the state.
