    Mary Keister-Whitmyer

    Mary Keister-Whitmyer has been with SERVPRO for over 20 years, serving in a dual role as General Manager and Marketing Director. As General Manager, Mary oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to every customer. As Marketing Director, she supports her SERVPRO Marketeers and helps educate new customers on the full range of SERVPRO services.

    Mary brings over 33 years of sales and marketing experience to both roles. She lives with her husband and two puppies, and enjoys spending time with her daughter, taking vacations to South Carolina, and visiting her daughter in Texas.

    Jesse Lee

    Jesse Lee is the Operations Manager for SERVPRO for 15 years and is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist, LEAD and Mold. Jesse manages the daily operations of our crews, equipment, and vehicles. He supervises all mitigation jobs and guides customers through their restoration and cleanup needs to provide them the best service.

    Jesse is married to his wife Denise and has 4 boys: Jess, Alex, Preston and Logan. He keeps busy with the boys coaching their basketball, baseball, and football. The family also has two rescued male rottweilers. When he isn’t busy with work and family sporting events, Jesse, enjoys competing in billiard tournaments.

    Not only does Jesse enjoy helping families restore their home after a fire, water, or storm damage, he also appreciates his SERVPRO family. He likes our company summer tailgate parties where the staff and crews get to relax, play games and eat great food!

    Alex Jogerst

    Alex the Field Operations Manager for SERVPRO and is IICRC Certified in Water Restoration. He oversees all aspects of assigned restoration jobs and assigned production crews. Alex is one of our first responders after our clients suffer a devastating fire, water, or storm damage. He explains the process of the job to our customers and works hand in hand with our local insurance adjusters.
    Alex is married, has a son and a dog. He loves spending time with all of them camping and boating in the summer months. Alex knows how difficult it can be to have a disaster and therefore he works closely with all his customers and his crew to provide the best, “Like it never even happened” experience.

    Joe Embrogno

    Joe recently celebrated 15 years at SERVPRO as a Project Manager and is IICRC certified in Water Restoration and LEAD. He is a first responder to help our customers that have experienced a fire, water, storm, or mold disaster. He cares about his customers, and he will make sure that when the job is completed that they are confident and satisfied with the work done. He always takes time to answer questions so that customers feel informed and at ease with the process.

    Joe has been married to his wife Jackie for over 10 years. They have four fur babies; Gemma a black pit bull, Reign a blue pit bull, and two cats Vino and Vada. He enjoys being outside during any season whether it is hiking, fishing, camping or snow skiing. If he is on call for work, he will have his family and friends over for a cookout by his firepit making sure to never miss a call.

    Not only is Joe is here to help our customers, but he is helping our crews by training new employees to make sure that each customer is at ease when experiencing a tragedy to their home or business. Joe always has a smile on his face and has a contagious laugh that makes our SERVPRO parties extra fun. He is a great asset to our team and glad that he has been with us for a decade.

    Kaleb Kuligowski

    Kaleb started his career with SERVPRO five years ago as a Crew Technician. His strong work ethic and commitment to learning quickly earned him a promotion to Crew Chief, and he has now advanced to Project Manager. Born and raised in Ohio, Kaleb has grown his career with SERVPRO from the ground up, proving himself at every step. In his current role, he manages restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating teams and ensuring that each job is completed with quality and care.

    Mike Sohar

    With over 20 years of experience in the restoration industry, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our team. As a Project Manager, he coordinates crews, ensures jobs run smoothly, and works closely with homeowners and businesses to guide them through the restoration process.

    Outside of work, Mike enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with his wife and three children. His favorite part of this industry is helping people when they need it most!

    David Lamp

    David brings a wealth of experience and hands-on knowledge to his role as Project Manager at SERVPRO. Growing up in the Norton area with a father who has over 30 years in the restoration industry, David has been immersed in the trade from a young age. He began working in restoration during summers in 2016 and transitioned to full-time in 2018, building a strong foundation in handling water, fire, and mold restoration projects.

    David holds multiple IICRC certifications, including WRT, ASD, TCST, and AMRT.

    Outside of work, David enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, two kids, two dogs, a cat, and even some chickens.

    Chris Feher

    Chris Feher is a crew chief for SERVPRO and is IICRC in Water Damage Restoration. Chris has been with the company almost 2 years now. He started as a Crew Technician and has worked his way to a Crew Chief in a short time by his dedication, quick learning, great customer service and positive work ethic.

    Chris is married to his wife Michelle and has a beautiful daughter Bella, a dog named Noah and a cat named Sweet Pea. He enjoys being a husband and father spending his off-time cooking family dinners, playing family games and going to Indians and Browns games. He does enjoy playing poker and golfing with friends.

    Not only does Chris help you out in your time of need during a water, fire or mold loss he has become a friend to his fellow work employees. He likes our morning breakfast treats and the SERVPRO holiday parties.

    Tracy Myers

    Tracy Myers is the Office Manager for SERVPRO. Tracy oversees the work for all our office employees and ensures they are working productively to meet deadlines and adhere to company standards. She has been with the company for over 24 years and started off as a crew technician then became a fire estimator to now the office manager. She is the “Jack of All Trades” at our SERVPRO franchises. She is IICRC Certified in Water and Fire Restoration.

    Tracy has been with her better half, April, for over 12 years. Her house is filled with several fur babies – Harlee her Rottweiler, Nero her Mastiff and Dusty her “grumpy” cat. She loves watching her pups run around her giant backyard where she enjoys gardening and then creating meals with her fresh vegetables while watching football and UFC/Martial Arts.

    When we asked Tracy, what her favorite experience is at SERVPRO, her response is getting together at the company appreciation parties. Tracy has been an essential part of our “SERVPRO Family” where she has helped tons of customers and has taught countless new employees. Her vast knowledge and decades of experience helps make our SERVPRO so successful.

    Kathy Haslam

    Kathy Haslam is the Office Administrator at SERVPRO. She tends to all office related tasks, customer intake calls and assists other staff members in all other aspects of the business. Kathy is the voice you hear when you call our SERVPRO. She did work as a Fire Crew Chief several years ago, so she is knowledgeable when it comes to answering customers questions about our industry. After hours you will find Kathy camping her husband, John, of 29 years and their dog Buddy. She has a son and daughter in law that she enjoys spending time with on the weekends.

    Julie Workman

    Julie Workman has been a valued member of the SERVPRO team for 25 years, starting as a Territory Account Manager. After seven years as a Sales Account Manager, she transitioned into the role of Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager, where she develops creative and engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube. Today, Julie expertly balances both sales and digital marketing responsibilities, bringing over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to her work.

    A graduate of Denison University, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends, experiencing live music, and watching sports both in person and on TV. She is a proud mother of two adult children, a dog mom, and happily married.

    Patti Wallick

    Patti is the Marketing Sales Representative for SERVPRO of Northwest Stark County for the past 6 years. She is a graduate of the University of Akron. She has over 18 years of selling and merchandising experience. She has the talent for identifying customer needs and her exceptional follow ups. Her interests include hiking the Stark County Parks, re-purposing old furniture, gardening and when she can sit still Patti enjoys reading.

    Monica Aquino

    Monica brings a unique blend of marketing expertise and restoration industry experience to the SERVPRO of West Akron team. Before joining SERVPRO, she worked in marketing for a financial institution and served in an administrative role at a restoration company, giving her a strong foundation in both customer relations and industry knowledge. Now stepping into her first role as an outside sales representative, Monica is excited to build new relationships, create strong community connections, and help clients find the solutions they need.

    Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Monica is proud to call the area home. She and her husband stay busy raising their three children, including a set of twins, along with their five cats and two dogs. When she’s not at work or attending her kids’ many dance and sports activities, Monica enjoys baking. She even runs a small cookie business, selling her delicious baked goods at local markets.
