Meet Our Team

Patrick Wright is the Founding Owner/CEO at SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati. Patrick is IIRC certified in water damage restoration, odor control, applied structural drying, fire & smoke remediation, trauma scene cleaning and antimicrobial remediation. He comes from a background in the construction industry and enjoys helping customer get back to "Like it never even happened." Patrick is also involved with several community groups volunteering to make Greater Cincinnati a better place.

Brandon is a Co Owner at SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati. He specializes and excels in unusual projects often saying the weirder the better. Brandon is a process driven guy with that if someone share a goal he can and will find a system to meet that objective. Lastly Brandon is a veteran of the USMC.

Matt Arrington is the General Manager at SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati. His hobbies include golfing, camping and spending time with friends. He is a veteran who is exceptional at organization, problem solving and job execution. Matt would like to remind customers to relax and understand SERVPRO is on the way.

John is the SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati Marketing Manager. John is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in sports management. This took John to Toledo where he worked with the Mud Hens and Walleyes. Wanting to get involved with a career that offers help to people in a time of need John decided restoration is where he needed to be. SERVPRO happy to have John driving us in serving this great community. John's wife Miranda and four dogs appreciate his caring heart.

Stephanie has been with SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati for several years and holds the title of SMR establishing new relationships and cultivating friendships of past. Stephanie says that she likes to build relationships and being able to connect people for business as well as personally. Her passions are traveling and sunshine the warmer the better.

Jason has 22 years experience in the SERVPRO system. Working all across the country handling large loss projects of all kinds. Jason enjoys walking the customer down a path that will allow us to produce excellence while the business maintains market share. In his time away from work he spends it with his family relaxing poolside.

Dave Moody joined the team at SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati a few years ago as a Sales and Marketing representative. Dave has been in the industry for more that a decade delivering exceptional customer service. Dave is not only a top notch representative of SERVPRO he also travels the world as a musician. I personally could not be more happy to have Dave informing our customers about the care compassion and love that SERVPRO delivers.

Tyler has been with SERVPRO for just over four years and enjoys serving the residents of Cincinnati. His favorite part is navigating customers through a fire or water damage with compassion and empathy. The reward is putting someone's stress to rest. Tyler spends his free time with his wife Katie and the occasional golf course.

Justin is an estimator here at SERVPRO. Giving customers a clear path through an obviously difficult situation is what Justin thrives on. He calls Cincinnati home after serving in the U.S. Army. His patience with customers in a high stress situation comes natural or maybe learned as he is a father of triplets. He and his wife Allexis definitely have their hands full.

Dylan has been with SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati for 7 plus years and has brought a level of excellence to our office staff. In his free time Dylan enjoys spending quality time with his family. Dylan always that having a personal relationship with your insurance agent is well worth it when an emergency happens.

Mark is the SERVPRO reconstruction manager and has been running the department from the beginning. Mark loves cooking and creating copycat dishes at home many times they turn out better than the restaurants. Mark has over twenty years of experience in the industry about half of which was as an insurance adjuster making him extremally proficient at navigating insurance claims.

Mariah has been with SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati for two years and handles the reconstruction job files and communicates with our customers. She has three cats and an awesome fiancé Nick. Mariah's favorite part of her daily duties is turning someone's stressful situation into positive experience.

Shannon is a construction superintendent and has been with SERVPRO for two plus years. Shannon overseas day-to-day onsite operations, coordinates sub contractors ensuring that the schedule and scope are met. Her favorite part is building strong relationships with customers keeping them informed throughout the entire reconstruction and repair process.

Tim is one of our construction superintendents here at SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati. Tim is a family man and in his spare time enjoys making furniture. Tim excels at the quick in and out projects while they may be smaller at scale however the urgency to get people back to a normal life is the same. Tim wanted to remind everyone not to put off normal home maintenance and to remind everyone SERVPRO can help with that too.

Joe is a reconstruction superintendent with SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati married with two amazing kids. What Joe enjoys about working at SERVPRO is helping homeowners rebuild after a fire or water damage is guiding them to create a new space that they can enjoy for years to come.

Kent is the Production Manager for SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati. He has six plus years in the SERVPRO system starting his restoration career in Illinois before relocating to Cincinnati two years ago. Kents calm personality allows his to handle the stresses of day to day property damage giving the crews direction and guidance. When we asked Kent what he likes most about working at SERVPRO he simply answered "satisfied faces"

Danny is our asbestos team lead as well as a crew chief. He has the attention to detail that it takes to deliver exceptional customer service. Danny and his wife Giselle enjoy spending their time together at the lake. He wanted to share that when dealing with water damage time is a key factor to a successful outcome, the fast we can react the quicker we can get you back to your routine.

Court is an absolute pleasure to have on the SERVPRO East Central Cincinnati team. He truly loves helping pour customers through high stress situations. Court will occasionally bring his cat Lemmy into the office for us all to enjoy.

Chandler has been with SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati for just about 8 years. He excels in on the fly problem solving making him one of the best in the industry. In Chandlers down time he takes his dog Caine on road trips often referring to him as his fur best friend. When we asked Chandler what his favorite part of being a SERVPRO team member is, he said making what seems to be the worst disaster ever a breeze.

The hard work and dedication that Aiden shows is the perfect example of the culture we share at SERVPRO. When Aiden isn't putting houses back to "like it never even happened" he enjoys relaxing and gaming. He suggests that homeowners really think hard when deciding to install carpet in their basements.

Robby is a Production Crew Chief he has a calm demeanor that really helps ease the customers mind. Robby is married has an amazing wife Maria together they are raising young Henry to be a next generation SERVPRO team mate. Robby loves seeing the homeowners mood change once they realize SERVPRO is always here to help.

Jordan is one of our youngest employees and most organized all in the same. His duties include maintaining equipment as well as working on the fire water and mold jobs. His positive can do attitude is infectious keeping us all upbeat. In Jordans spare time he reads and plays the occasional game

Corey is very well educated in the restoration industry. Corey wont admit it but he is extremely companionate caring to our customers. He understands that the SERVPRO team see's devastation on a daily basis however the homeowner does not. If Corey isn't making someone's bad day better you will find him on his motorcycle enjoying wind therapy.

Steve has over a decade in the SERVPRO system as a priority responder he will be the first to arrive post fire loss offering help and resources to get the families to safe place. Steve is the master of bad dad jokes often saying that he is helping his wife raise her kids, they are his kids as well.
