About Us
Husband-and-wife duo, Julie and Tony Roberts, and their business partner Mike Parsons, acquired SERVPRO® of Cincinnati East, North Clermont County in 2023, but their franchise ownership journey began nearly two decades ago when they started SERVPRO of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, & Lincoln Counties in Kentucky. The trio were friends long before they were franchisees.
Tony and Mike grew up with each other and attended college together at University of Kentucky. The three of them grew such a passion for the SERVPRO industry that they decided to share it with each other. They now operate nearly a dozen franchises across Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
Julie and Tony Roberts, and Mike Parsons, were once named the 2017 Kentucky SERVPRO Franchise of the Year! With over 25 SERVPRO’s throughout Kentucky, this was an extreme honor.
