About Us
Kevin Haaser, the owner of SERVPRO of Cheviot and Cleves, grew up in Columbus, Ohio and went to college at Thomas More in Northern Kentucky, where he played soccer and majored in Business.
Kevin started his SERVPRO career in 2000 in Columbus, in sales and estimating. He knew then that he enjoyed helping people out of tough situations, and set forward to own his own franchise. Less than two short years later, his hard work and determination paid off, and he opened SERVPRO of Cheviot and Cleves.
SERVPRO of Cheviot and Cleves had humble beginnings, with one truck and Kevin doing most of the work himself. The business was conducted out of his home for a while, until it grew to the point where he needed more manpower, equipment and space. He then moved into a small warehouse that he rented from a moving company, and business continued to grow. About five years later (2009), he moved the business to our current location in Delhi.
When Kevin isn't busy at the helm of the business, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children ages 13 and 9. He enjoys camping, reading and is active in his church and community. Kevin also recently became a licensed Home Inspector.
Kevin has always believed, and has trained his employees, to educate customers about their homes. They may call with what they think to be a mold issue, but after thorough investigation, it turns out to be something else. It has always been our stance to find the root of the problem and fully inform the customer so that they have the tools they need to make an informed decision. We will never pressure or bully you into doing something you don't want to do. In short, we bring order to chaos. For uncertainty, we bring confidence. For confusion, we bring a plan of action. For disorder, we bring organization.
