I called SERVPRO in the late afternoon on a Thursday. That same evening, Mr. France met us at the house, thoroughly assessed the work needed, and gave an accurate quote later that same night. He returned promptly at the time he'd stated and thoroughly inspected all areas that his crew had cleaned before invoicing the work. The cleaning was done well, to our specification, and billed accurately- matching the estimated quote.
