Had a great experience with SERVPRO of Southwest Brooklyn and could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism the entire staff provided. They were compassionate and knowledgeable through our water damage concerns and cleanup to the reconstruction process. SERVPRO provided excellent work and communication, would recommend to anyone in need of property disaster cleanup and restoration services in Brooklyn or Queens.

SERVPRO came quickly, assessed what the cleanup and restoration would cost and had their crew out there the next day to remediate the damage, and dry out the space. What started out as a disaster was quickly addressed and restored. Grateful!
