Susan from Park Slope, Brooklyn had called in an emergency water damage situation that had occurred due to a neighbors broken pipe. Our trained crew performed water mitigation and Susan was able to quickly return to her home. Susan had commented "Awesome people helping in a bad flood situation."

Avi and Andres were amazing! They were so gracious, professional and willingly shared their expertise describing in detail each step and action taken to remediate flooding that occurred on three levels. In addition they did everything in their power to be respectful of the space, leaving no sign of their presence cleaning up after themselves in all areas. They also took extra time to listen to my concerns and areas for attention and did all of this after normal “business hours”. It was an emergency situation and they were both so calm and patient while the rest of us were stressed. They really made such a stressful situation so much easier! Thank you so much!!!!
Our hot water heater broke and we had 3-4 inches of water in the basement. Eric and Landell from SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn came right over. They explained the entire cleaning process. They sucked out the water, ran huge dehumidifiers and strong fans to dry everything out. They tested for any moisture inside the walls, which is great because we were concerned about getting mold. Luckily our floors are tile and concrete. They scrubbed the floors with antibacterial and antimold cleaner. They did a great job! I was a wreck when it happened, there was water everywhere, but 3 days later after all was dry and scrubbed, you can't even tell that we just had a big flood! I would definitely call them again!
