About Us
It was with great sadness that we said goodbye to our previous owner, Mr. John Halko, whose life was cut short by illness. But we are pleased to announce that our venerable company will continue to operate under the new ownership of Mr. Timothy Skov. Tim is an experienced SERVPRO franchise owner/operator and restauranteur who stepped in to fill the big shoes that John left behind.
Most of our staff continued on with us through that trying time, and we are pleased to continue to offer the best restoration services available to our customers in much of Syracuse, as well as Onondaga and Oswego Counties.
When you call you may speak to Anggie Lobdell our Office Manager, who has been with us for over eight years. Mathew Balch, our Operations Manager, has been with us for nearly fifteen years. Both Anggie and Matt are natives of Syracuse, and we are very pleased to have them on staff.
Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration. From initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, rest assured our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property.
