SERVPRO® of Northwest Albuquerque, operational since October 2017, was founded by Niko and Katrina Southall. Their journey began with a simple dream of owning their own company, which they successfully transformed into reality. Niko, with nearly 20 years of experience in restoration and a passion for the field, faced a health setback in 2011, leading him to pursue a bachelor's degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of New Mexico, completing it in May 2017. This educational achievement paved the way for the establishment of their own restoration company.
The choice of SERVPRO® was a result of Niko's coursework, where he conducted an extensive project to identify the world's best restoration company. After thorough research, SERVPRO® emerged as the optimal choice for purchasing a franchise. Niko and Katrina wholeheartedly committed themselves to realizing their dream.
Niko, Katrina, and their team hold high certifications in IICRC water, fire, mold, crime scene/vandalism and upholstery restoration ensuring not only education but also extensive experience in their specialized field. Our franchise's training, experience, service, history, and commitment to making it "Like it never even happened."
Expressing gratitude for their team and their community outreach during emergencies, Niko and Katrina emphasize their love for their neighbors.
