We had gotten water in our lower level from the storms overnight. The next morning I called SERVPRO. Never being in this situation before, I didn't know what to expect. Cortney was very pleasant and responsive. We got a quick call from Craig and he came out to see my property that same day. He was friendly, knowledge and explained the entire process. The following morning he and his crew came out to start the cleanup. They showed up when they said they would and did the job they said they would.
