Where do I begin? SERVPRO came out within a few hours of a devastating flood to my new (new to me within 5 days) home. Ryan was understanding, empathetic, and explained the process when I could barely process my thoughts. I would like to thank SERVPRO of Cherry Hill/Haddonfield for promptly responding to a water disaster that occurred in my rental property here in South Jersey. They were onsite within the hour. They pulled up the carpet and the padding. They then sprayed a "hospital grade" anti-microbial disinfectant. When they were done, they set up their large dehumidifiers and a number of air handlers in a very short period of time. I am happy to report that we were able to get the unit cleaned up, repaired, and "rent ready" before the next reservation arrived. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, their sense of urgency, and their overall competency. I would recommend SERVPRO of Cherry Hill/Haddonfield to anyone who is in need of any type of water damage clean up.
