SERVPRO Team Toft proudly serves the Greater Omaha and Council Bluffs areas through our locally owned and operated franchises — Omaha Southwest, Omaha Northwest, Omaha West/Saunders County, and Council Bluffs.
Owned by Lathe and Nicole Toft, our team is deeply rooted in the restoration and construction industries. After relocating from northwest Iowa, where they co-owned SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes, the Tofts purchased SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest in July 2019, SERVPRO of Omaha West/Saunders County in December 2019, SERVPRO of Council Bluffs in September 2021, and SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest in November 2023. Lathe also brings extensive construction expertise as the former co-owner of Boji Builders Inc., established in 2002.
