I have a rather large home..4 bedrooms and a huge family room in the basement. SERVPRO showed up smiling and oh so very nice!! I had already moved the majority of furniture off the carpet but even the things I didn't move they moved for me. I had a pet that was marking in several areas and told them where the problem areas were. They spent extra time on those and even went back to a couple areas at the end to make sure they were clean. My carpets are far from new however they look and smell great! I would recommend them 100%. So nice to have professionals come into your home be friendly, on time, do a great job and take pride in a job well done. Will use them again!

Purchasing SERVPRO® of Minot in 2019, Ryan Conklin and Lance Larson have taken tremendous strides, as owners, to make SERVPRO® of Minot one of the most respected cleaning and restoration companies in North Dakota. The franchise which was originally started back in 2011, has been a trusted Minot company for over a decade. Annually, helping hundreds of homeowners when they are faced with disaster from fire, water, and mold damage.
As owners of Absolute Comfort in Minot, their business model aligned similarly with SERVPRO® services and they saw an opportunity to extend their management philosophy to a new field in their industry. Their commitment to quality, honesty, and bringing peace of mind to those facing emergency home problems has now been combined with the SERVPRO brand.
Being local owners, Ryan and Lance want to contribute to the community. They do this by not only offering 24/7 service, but by giving back through youth sporting activities. This includes sponsoring programs such as: Minot Hockey Boosters, Minot youth baseball, Minot youth basketball, Bishop Ryan Girls Basketball team, the Minot Minotauros, the Sabre Dogs Baseball team and a variety of other youth sports. They believe in improving the quality of life within our community and helping out whenever a homeowner is in crisis.
