Last January I had a water line freeze and burst at my rental home. I was able to get someone to the house to shut off the water and repair the broken water line, however, some of the sheetrock as well as the flooring in my basement was wrecked from the water damage. I contacted my insurance and got them in touch with Ryan at SERVPRO since they did cleanup and restoration as well when most of the time you end up having to hire multiple companies. Although my insurance was a bit of a pain to deal with, Ryan and his guys made it the process smooth and easy. They tore out all the damaged materials, re-leveled the flooring when they put it in and made everything look better than it had before. I would definitely recommend them

Who We Are
SERVPRO® of Bismarck was opened in 2022. Ryan Conklin and Lance Larson who have also owned and operated the SERVPRO® of Minot since 2019 and have taken tremendous strides, as owners, to make SERVPRO® one of the most respected cleaning and restoration companies in North Dakota. The franchise has been a trusted Minot company for over a decade. Ryan and Lance wanted to expand this service to Bismarck with the hope of helping homeowners when they are faced with disaster from fire, water, and mold damage.
As owners of Absolute Comfort in Minot, their business model aligned similarly with SERVPRO® services and they saw an opportunity to extend their care for customers and management philosophy to a new field in their industry. Their commitment to quality, honesty, and bringing peace of mind to those facing emergency home problems has now been combined with the SERVPRO brand.
Being local owners, Ryan and Lance want to contribute to the community. They do this by not only offering 24/7 service, but by giving back through youth sporting activities. This includes sponsoring programs such as: youth baseball, youth basketball, The Bobcats Hockey team, the Larks Baseball team and a variety of other youth sports. They believe in improving the quality of life within our community and helping out whenever a homeowner is in crisis.
