Other companies should take lessons from these guys. From our first phone contact through to having a representative in our home, the whole process was efficient and professional. Today Jason Shue came out to inspect some water damage in our attic and he was polite, through and explained so that I could understand it. I'd definitely use them again! 

Our PM was great throughout the process. Had some difficulties with the subcontractor from an timeliness and initial quality perspective but they made it right in the end. The contractor that did the carpet was great, high quality and professional. We had a mishap with another restoration company- was 2 months with no action, SERVPRO bailed us out and completed the work in a few weeks before we had company over the holidays. Thank you!!!!

These people are great! We had a water leak from the ice maker. They came in the same day to mitigate the water, provide clear options and direction, and minimize the stress. They have the resources to manage these types of projects from cradle to grave. Honest, knowledgeable and timely, they have stayed in constant contact throughout the project. They packed out everything from the first floor and managed the furniture as if it were their own. We chose the company that laid the original floors to refinish the hardwood floors. While we were out of town, the flooring technicians ran into a problem. Randy (SERVPRO project manager) came by and managed the issue and resolved the problem, even though it was not his crew!! I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. If you have the misfortune to need these types of services, call them. We were extremely pleased with the excellent support from all of the SERVPRO staff during a stressful time in our lives. All staff" went the extra mile" to assist us and provided calm and professional advice and information. The office telephone staff also went beyond their duties to communicate with us during this time. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Union County to anyone who is in need of their unique services.

The SERVPRO of Union County team was great! We had a toilet leak that caused subfloor damage and mold. They came out immediately to provide a quote which was very reasonable. Their team came back a couple days later to start the drying and remediation process. The technicians (Oger, Jason, Robert and Sierra) were all super helpful and courteous. They even sent someone out each day to check the moisture level to determine when the drying units could be removed. Great customer service! 

We had extensive damage to 4 rooms in our house.SERVPRO sent a crew to pack up all of our things so the floors could be replaced. Maria, Eva, Linda and Lupe were amazing. They were professional and considerate. They worked quickly and carefully 

Oger was here when I had issues with a water leak in my kitchen early January. I was so impressed with him that when I needed help with water restoration again recently, I immediately thought of SERVPRO of Union County. He is so professional, polite, kind and goes above and beyond at offering good customer service! He had to check under my house in January for water damage and found a large ant pile. Took a picture for me and emailed them to me so I could see where the problem was coming from. He didn't have to do that. You are lucky to have him and I would recommend your service. JUST b/c of his professionalism.
