Our washing machine leaked through our second floor into our kitchen ceiling. SERVPRO removed the wet flooring and ceiling, dried the affected area and safely removed a bit of mold that grew on the internal ceiling beams. I called him the evening of the fire and he was so patient and understanding of the emotions a situation like this causes...he immediately put me at ease with his demeanor.
