With over 18 years of experience, Dana serves as Business Manager for SERVPRO of Tupelo and SERVPRO of Amory, Aberdeen, & West Point, holding both IICRC and ECTP certifications. Her expertise spans compliance, team leadership, and financial management, all while fostering a strong workplace culture. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her three children at sporting events, traveling, and never skipping her coffee.

Business Development Manager - With SERVPRO since 2002

Mike Eldridge is the Business Development Manager for SERVPRO of Tupelo. He has been with SERVPRO of Tupelo for 24 years. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Odor Control, General Safety, Subrogation, Fire, WTR. He is a six time earner of the SERVPRO Million Dollar Club.

Construction Manager - With SERVPRO since 2001

With two+ decades of experience in water and fire restoration at SERVPRO of Tupelo, Benjie now serves as Construction Manager in Tupelo and SERVPRO of Amory | Aberdeen | West Point. He guides construction projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail meets the company’s high standards. Known for his dedication to quality work, customer service, Benjie plays a key role in delivering seamless restoration and construction solutions for clients across the region.

Benjie's certifications include IICRC in Water & Fire and ECTP.

Operations Manager - With SERVPRO since 2023

Heather cares deeply for our homeowners and keeps every restoration project running smoothly—coordinating teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every job is handled with efficiency and care. She is IICRC and ECTP certified.

Restoration Manager - With SERVPRO since 2012

LeKelsey is our Restoration Manager for SERPVRO of Tupelo. He began as a Production Technician and his efficiency on jobs and willingness to go above and beyond for any customer have solidified him an integral leader for our Production staff. LeKelsey is IICRC certified and ECTP certified.

Business Development Representative - With SERVPRO since 2012

Todd builds strong relationships with local agents, property managers, and community to ensure Tupelo | Amory | Aberdeen | West Point communities are well cared for when it matters most. Todd is IICRC certified as well as ECTP certified.

Business Development Estimator - With SERVPRO since 2020

Hugh Foster is an Assistant Production Manager here at SERVPRO. He has seven years of experience in his field, including level four technician certificates WRT, ASD, and AMRT.

Senior Restoration Supervisor - With SERVPRO since 2008

Criffie has been a Production Technician with SERPVRO of Tupelo for over 10-plus years. Criffie is ECTP certified. As a Production Technician, Criffie focuses on Structure and Contents cleaning in the Fire Restoration process as well as other duties to help ensure accurate and efficient job completion by all of our Production Team.

Senior Job File Coordinator – With SERVPRO since 2018

Mary Jo plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, organization, and efficiency across all project documentation. Her deep operational knowledge and reliability make her an indispensable part of the team. Off the clock, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs.

Administrative Assistant - With SERVPRO since 2021

Shelley is the organizational backbone of SERVPRO of Tupelo, ensuring every job runs smoothly from first call to final documentation. She coordinates communication between customers, crews, and insurance partners with accuracy and care. Her attention to detail helps deliver a seamless experience during what is often a stressful time for our clients.

Jenna brings years of administrative experience to her role, ensuring projects are organized and well-documented from start to finish. Since joining SERVPRO, she has built strong relationships in the community and takes pride in working for a company that values family and service. Outside of work, she enjoys sports-filled days with her husband and four children.

Shelly brings extensive financial and administrative expertise to her role, managing invoicing, vendor relations, and process improvements. Her efficiency and accuracy help keep SERVPRO of Tupelo and SERVPRO of Amory | Aberdeen | West Point operations running seamlessly. Outside of work, she enjoys creative projects and spending time with her husband and dogs.

Restoration Supervisor - With SERVPRO since 2022

Devin manages day to day job execution, ensuring mitigation work is performed efficiently and to SERVPRO standards. He guides technicians on site, monitor progress, and communicate clearly with homeowners and adjusters. His focus is on restoring property quickly while minimizing disruption for our customers.

Robert leads complex mitigation projects with expertise, urgency, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. He oversees crews, ensures industry standards. Robert is IICRC and ECTP certified.

Marketing Support Coordinator - With SERVPRO since 2020

Meredith Watkins is a Marketing Support Coordinator and Event Specialist at SERVPRO with over five years of marketing experience.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a focus in Photography and loves building connections while supporting her community.

She’s a wife and mom to two boys, happiest when she’s outside adventuring with her little family.

Contents Manager - With SERVPRO since 2024

Benny oversees the care, inventory, and restoration of customers’ personal belongings during each mitigation process. He ensures items are handled with respect, properly documented, and restored whenever possible. His role brings peace of mind to customers by protecting what matters most inside the home or business.
