We are locally owned and operated and supported by the largest disaster restoration company in the world, SERVPRO®. We have been serving western Michigan (Mason, Lake, Osceola, Wexford and Manistee counties) since 2002. Owner Nicholas Jablonowski is proud to serve our communities by doing what we love: helping our neighbors.
Our Team
SERVPRO of MLC has nearly 30 employees with all owners and managers and most technicians and office staff fully certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration. We are an IICRC certified firm and owner Bruce Hasenbank holds many of northern Michigan’s highest certifications from the American Council for Accredited Certification. The Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant and Certified Microbial Supervisor certifications allow us to write protocols and insure all mold remediation is done safely and correctly to allow you to get back in your home quickly.
Where We Are
We have three offices to reduce response time and better serve our customers. The offices are located in Manistee, Ludington and Cadillac. All shops are fully staffed with highly trained technicians, truck mounts, drying equipment, and everything needed for successful disaster restoration and are available to assist 24/7--365. All employees are in uniform and pass annual background checks and drug screenings.

SERVPRO of MLC is a full service licensed building contractor. This allows us to return your home to pre-loss condition “Like It Never Even Happened”. We offer duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, fire, smoke, and soot removal, board ups, move outs and contents restoration, electronics and equipment cleaning, document drying, contents claim inventory service, deodorization, bio-hazard and crime scene clean up, and vandalism cleaning.
