Eric Chesser
President
- Eric became part of the SERVPRO of Kalamazoo and SERVPRO of Portage family in 2025 when he purchased the franchises.
- With more than 20 years of experience in the restoration industry and a Master's Certification in Fire and Water Restoration, his leadership and expertise have been key to the company's continued growth and success.
- Outside of work, Eric has been happily married to his amazing wife since 2002 and is a proud father to two children, Jacob and Madison.
- He holds a black belt in Karate, has a passion for cars, and enjoys spending his free time on the golf course.
Josh Ingersoll
President
- Josh launched his SERVPRO career in December 2012 at a franchise in Flint, MI. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he transitioned to franchise ownership in 2017. SERVPRO of Kalamazoo and SERVPRO of Portage are his most recent acquisitions, solidifying his extensive service reach in 2025.
- A firm believer in staying involved, Josh maintains IICRC certifications and remains a hands-on leader, often jumping in to assist on a job site when needed.
- When he's not focused on restoration and construction, Josh enjoys being out on the water or spending time on the golf course.

- Tony has been a part of the SERVPRO of Kalamazoo and SERVPRO of Portage family since 2024.
Ashley Mangiaracina
Ashley Mangiaracina is the File Coordinator at SERVPRO of East Kalamazoo. She is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration. A little bit about Ashley is she loves camping and being outside. If she could travel anywhere, she would go to Kenya. Her favorite TV show is Criminal Minds.
Tiffany Mercer
Tiffany is our Office Assistant here at SERVPRO of East Kalamazoo. She has an IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration, and is thrilled to be joining our SERVPRO of East Kalamazoo team. Tiffany enjoys camping with her family and being out in the sunshine at any chance she gets. If she could travel anywhere, she would go to Australia.
Max Blodgett
Max Blodgett is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO of East Kalamazoo. Max is new to the restoration industry, but is eager to be a part of the team. Max enjoys trap shooting and bowling in his spare time. If he could travel anywhere, he would go to Germany.
Dan Gross
Dan is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO of East Kalamazoo County. He is new to the water restoration business, but is eager to learn new things! When not working, Dan loves to be on the water fishing. His favorite TV show is The Simpsons, and if he could go anywhere in the world, he would go to Jamaica.
Carl Purdiman
Carl Purdiman is the Production Manager of SERVPRO of East Kalamazoo. Carl comes to us with a bounty of experience in the restoration industry and we are lucky to have him leading our crew! A little bit about Carl is he loves to work out and ride his motorcycles. Carl's favorite movie is Tombstone and if he could travel anywhere in the world it would be to Rome, Italy to visit The Coliseum!
