I am remiss in not posting sooner but on Dec. 28 th 2017 walked into a flooded mess these guys were on it from the start, can not say enough about how much damage they stopped from happening would recommend to anyone!
I was very impressed with the entire experience. All of the employees from SERVPRO were great. They were courteous, clean, and professional.

About Us
Founded in 1967, The SERVPRO® Franchise system is most widely known for their fire and water cleanup and restoration services. The network of individually owned and operated franchises responds to property damage emergencies, restoration and cleaning services. SERVPRO® responds to emergencies ranging from small individual residential disasters to multi-million dollar, large-loss commercial damages, providing coverage in all 50 states, as well as Canada.
The SERVPRO® franchise system has grown to over 1,800 individually owned and operated franchises. Originally, Doug Bailey and his wife moved to Northern Michigan and started the SERVPRO® of Gaylord & Cheboygan franchise. After establishing the Gaylord & Cheboygan territory in 2000, Doug then began expanding and running a franchise in the Upper Peninsula in 2009. In late 2019, another expansion was made which added the SERVPRO® of Bellaire, Kalkaska, Lake City & Grayling to the servicing area.
The Northern Michigan franchise has been ranked in the top 100 SERVPRO® franchises for several years in a row. A large portion of the growth Doug attributes to the compassion and customer service that the entire team possesses when helping customers in their time of need. They have earned the trust of many insurance companies, property managers, business owners, and the communities with their presence within all of the Northern Michigan Communities they serve. Doug and his entire team's knowledge of the industry, their work ethic, and well known presence since 2000 has made us an industry leader in the Restoration and Cleaning Services throughout Northern Michigan.
Our administrative office, warehouse space and storage units are located in Gaylord and expand throughout several Northern Michigan counties. Nearly 50 employees are on staff and several subcontractors are located throughout the operating territories offering many services beyond the fire and water cleanup and restoration services including: asbestos abatement, commercial cleaning, trauma scene cleanup, disaster preparedness consulting with our Emergency Ready Plan, contents inventory, and reconstruction services.
We continue to grow and prove that we are the premier cleaning and restoration company in Northern Michigan as a result of our team consistently providing excellent and professional customer care, great work product, and a willingness to apply our education and training set forth by our devoted leader Douglas Bailey.
