SERVPRO sent help right away when we were unable to get rid of an unpleasant odor in the basement of our recently purchased home. Listen I'm going to be straight up. This experience of dealing with extensive water damage in your families home is devastating. I had no idea what to do or what to expect. When I talked with Mike the first time he put me at ease about what to expect.
When they finally came to my house to start the demolition they extremely professional and courteous and listened to our concerns. They didn't just come in and just start ripping things apart. They worked with us due to the fact that we have a small child. The attention to detail was more than I was expecting and I have to say I wouldn't use anybody else in the future if I ever have a problem like this again. Which I hope I don't. Overall can't say enough about them great team, worked very well together even knowing they were all brothers. Amazing.
