Late March I had a fire in my apartment followed by back and eye surgery. I am finally able to see well enough to write this. I am 43 and have never had to file an insurance claim other than one for hail damage on my car so even though the fire was contained to only my kitchen I was still devastated and unsure what to do. All of them remained positive and even made me laugh at times when I thought I was going to go mad. Tavis was extremely thorough in explaining every step of the process from cleanup to restoration. He also put me in contact with an amazing woman that works in their warehouse named Shauna who kept in contact with me to give me updates on my belongings. The tapestry people that clean smoke damage from clothes, curtains, linens, etc did a great job as well. They were able to eliminate the smoke smell and my kitchen honestly looks better than it did before the fire - the cabinet upgrade is great. Lol. I hope nothing like this happens again but if it does I know this company has my back. I highly recommend them!
