We were privileged to have SERVPRO come to our rescue after having water damage from an upstairs clogged bathtub, leaking down through our ceiling to our first floor dining room and foyer. After speaking to their scheduler Jason, who was so helpful and understanding to getting our issue resolved. SERVPRO sent 2 incredible technicians Chris and Carl to our home to assess our damage. From the beginning to the end of our 3 day dry out, Chris and Carl explained everything they were going to do before they started and asked every step of the way if we had any questions. They respected our home and were sensitive to our situation. They were very professional and worked together like they've been a team for years! We appreciate SERVPRO having such high caliber employees and if ever we need them again, we'll ask for Chris and Carl to help us once again!!
