As well as, the smell from carpets getting wet due to the heavy rains. All the set in spots came out!! They were able to get the water out of the carpets and eliminate the odor. A very quick response time and considerate employees as we dealt with this mess. A very professional service team. Appeared using good quality equipment to make everything cleaned up and dried up to their best of their ability in a timely manor. Representatives were patient while we continue to ask so many questions through the process. For something that was not a good experience, they applied themselves to make it the best they could us and our home and all the personal belongings.
