Our Team
With over two decades of experience owning and operating construction businesses, Roger Butler takes great pride in offering efficient, quality service to homeowners and businesses. Roger was drawn to SERVPRO because of the organization’s commitment to the highest standard of service and community enrichment. Roger has always had a desire to serve his local communities, and still holds an IHSA Certification with 18 years spent coaching youth and high school sports programs.
Team Butler also includes Mitch Lundry (General Manager) and Victor Aguilar (Crew Chief). Mitch comes from a finance and insurance background, and also has 10 years of experience working in construction. He holds a wide variety of certifications that allow him to work well with both customers and insurance companies including: Lead Renovator Certification and Subrogation Renovator Certification. Victor has 10 years of experience between his time in construction and as a maintenance technician. He is certified as a water, fire, and smoke restoration technician.
Training
Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration. From initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, rest assured our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property.
