Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her children and bringing a well-rounded perspective to her role as Office Manager. She is excited to be part of the SERVPRO team and looks forward to contributing to our continued success.

Martin serves as a skilled Construction Technician at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls, bringing several years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial rebuilding projects. With deep knowledge of construction practices and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, Martin plays a critical role in restoring homes and businesses after fire, water, mold, and other types of damage. Steven is the Mitigation Supervisor at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls, bringing over 11 years of industry experience and a robust portfolio of specialized certifications. His extensive training includes certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT), OSHA 10 for construction safety, Asbestos Abatement, Supervisor Contractor, and Residential Duct Cleaning.
