Greg was our superintendent from SERVPRO. He and his team did an exceptional job on my kitchen. Our entire kitchen from cabinets to floor and even into the hallway and bathroom was replaced from water damage. This project took weeks, but Greg was there each step to make sure the work done was timely and done right. He even met us to help us pick new tile. He answered all our weekend calls and was an excellent liaison between us and all the different contractors-which we had many with all the different projects that had to be done. When some people couldn't work, he made sure other parts got going so work always continued. For me personally, I needed lots of explanation and Greg always made sure I knew what was coming next and we had everything needed-like a temporary sink which I was so thankful for as we had nothing in our kitchen and all those little things really made a big difference. Thank you to all the folks who worked hard to get our house back to us as fast as they could and fix all the nightmares of the water damage.

Not a customer, nor a current employee.. but I used to work here. I've also worked at other companies that do similar work and SERVPRO stands above the rest. With this industry some companies do take advantage of insurance companies even homeowners at there time of need, I'm witnessing it and it makes me sick (I work at supposedly best and largest company in my state.) From the years I've spent at SERVPRO, I can honestly say I've been on projects were homeowners were taken care of no matter what the financial situation was, they made it work. Plus there involvement with the community is what makes this company stand above the rest.

Being in the insurance industry I know first hand just how important a quality restoration company can be. I personally worked on the restoration side of insurance for eight years before I went over to the agent side. Our patio roof was collapsing under the weight of an ice dam. Within hours, Chad showed up and gave us a very detailed cost estimate for the demo and repairs, which our insurance company required. Within days, despite the deep snow and ice, our patio roof was safely taken down, removed, and repaired by their amazingly skilled craftsman, Ben.
