We needed to have our carpets and a sectional couch cleaned. When I called to set up the appointment Mariah was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating to the specific day and time we needed. The 2 men showed up early, which was great for us. The men were very professional and fun to talk with. They took their time and were very thorough. Our couch is around 6 years old and I have to tell you, it feels like brand new again! They even cleaned our baseboards in the carpeted rooms. I cant express what a fantastic job they did! Thanks SERVPRO!

SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes is locally owned and operated by Ryan Brooks. Ryan took over sole ownership SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes in August of 2019. Ryan also owns and operates Boji Builders, Inc., a general contracting firm located in northwest Iowa.
