Our company: SERVPRO of East Honolulu is owned by Lorenzo Usam, with more than 30 years' worth of managerial work. He quickly went from a crew member here, to a manager by completing a credited Manager's development program. His strive for excellent customer support, help created the fast, and efficient work culture we see today at SERVPRO of East Honolulu. As an individually owned franchise here in Oahu, we see emergencies big and small that need both our staff and equipment for a speedy recovery. Lorenzo has ensured that we are keeping to our schedules and properly equipped for any job he gives our technician teams. Lorenzo also has gained much insight on the running a business and mitigation/restorative measures with certifications from the IICRC: WRT, ASD, AMRT, FST, and CCT. Being present in the daily operations of SERVPRO of Waipahu, Lorenzo has become an excellent "hands on owner" and is usually the first face you see after you call us.
