This review is specifically for Pharo and Tyrone, SERVPRO technicians that came out on 1/16 and 1/17 to do monitoring of my apartment following flooding in the building that impacted several units including my own.
Both young men were timely, thorough and quick; professional and cordial; and each demonstrated good communication skills (explaining basics of their monitoring objectives and tools, purpose and timeline for running the dehumidifier in my apartment).
Both also extended additional assistance—Pharo asked if I wanted him to put up plastics sheeting to help speed the dehumidifying process (I said no thank you) and Tyrone asked if he could be helpful by taking down items off the top shelves of my kitchen for me (I gratefully said yes).
On 1/21-22/26, Alan was the monitoring tech on site checking moisture and removing the dehumidifier at the end of the week when the levels had returned to acceptable levels. All the same professionalism, timeliness comments above apply here also but additionally I wanted to mention the following after some reflection.
Alan’s personality and demeanor is particularly effective in customer service in my opinion—soft-spoken, knowledgeable, personable and reassuring. Both he and Ronald, the original project manager who did the initial assessment, both had a similar calming demeanor. I can imagine in stressful situations like an apartment flooding and having to deal with insurance and damage, people like myself can get agitated. Wanted to thank and commend Alan and Ronald for bringing a calming, mellow energy and expertise to their workplace and my home in disarray after the upstairs flooding. Highly recommend and happy to share review with friends and family.
We contacted SERVPRO® when we there was a broken pipe that flooded our unit (kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom). They were able to dispatch someone (Juan) quickly (even on a Sunday night) to come and remove the water. After the water was out and the fans were up, Ron scheduled someone came by every day to check the moisture levels, rearrange the fans, and answer any questions that we had. The demo was completed quickly (kitchen cabinets, drywall, flooring and bathroom vanity). We had some issues with insurance but Josh kept in contact with me and also tried to get in touch with our adjuster on our behalf to keep things moving along. From the estimating process from Jordan and then working with Project Manager Frank and his team of Mike and Jien, everyone was very professional, trustworthy and accommodated to our busy schedule. Frank also took time to meet us to look at the options for the renovations which was very helpful and made things less stressful for us. We constantly had updates on the renovation process. The final results exceed our expectations and we were impressed and very pleased with the high quality of work. It was great and convenient to work with a single company from start to finish. I definitely recommend contacting SERVPRO if you run into an unfortunate water situation.
We had a sewage overflow from our toilet and needed help quick in getting it mitigated. Raj from SERVPRO® was assigned to help us and he was great. On time and very knowledgeable about the service being provided. He was also very friendly and was not bothered by the many questions we had about the process. He had to return a few times to check the equipment while our carpet was being dried and he was great at communicating with us when he was on his way and was always on time. We would highly recommend this company!
A windstorm did some major damage to our brand new home.
