We have had such an incredible experience with SERVPRO Norcross! Steve and the whole team have been there for us from beginning to end. We came home to an inch of standing septic water on top of our carpet in our downstairs. All of our furniture had to be removed and cleaned, and our downstairs demoed. This was such a traumatizing experience but SERVPRO took the time to talk us through each phase and helped us every step of the way. I can't imagine you would get any empathy or compassion from most companies, but we certainly got that with SERVPRO! Ryan Braswell and Michael Crawford, became part of the SERVPRO franchise system in 2020 purchasing SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, SERVPRO of Decatur and SERVPRO of Clayton County. In April of 2024, they added SERVPRO of Norcross and SERVPRO of Duluth to their operation. Today they operate out of a 25,000 sq. foot warehouse in McDonough, GA, and and a 42,000 sq. foot warehouse in Norcross and have a team of over 80 full time employees.
Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration. From initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, rest assured our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property.
