Carl performed the removal of the affected flooring and ceiling area and installed the dehumidifiers and mold filtering fans and came back to take back the dehumidifiers and fans after mold testing and remediation was completed.
The SERVPRO of East Cobb representative, Sean Walsh, was both knowledgeable and professional. He carefully surveyed the basement, made some good observations and made cost-effective recommendations on how to resolve the problem. As it turned out, I did not have any mold issues in my basement based on his evaluation, but he did suggest some other minor things to fix to help prevent the odor from reoccurring.
