Since joining SERVPRO, Michelle has become a trusted steward of our financial operations—keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and ensuring every detail adds up.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her husband and cheering on their son at baseball games. A true Braves fan, she never misses a chance to catch a game when she can. At home, life is full of love—and pets! Her family includes three dogs, a turtle, a hamster, and a fish, making every day lively and fun.

When she finds a rare moment to relax, Michelle enjoys unwinding with a couple of episodes of Criminal Minds. Her ability to balance professional excellence with a vibrant family life makes her an essential part of both our office and our SERVPRO family.

For the past decade, Matt has been an integral part of SERVPRO of Bartow County, now serving as our Human Resources Manager. His journey began in Sales & Marketing, but over time, he discovered his true passion—supporting people and fostering a strong team culture. With a diverse background in logistics, e-commerce, and technology, Matt brings a rare blend of technical insight and emotional intelligence to his role, helping our team grow and thrive.

When he’s not working, Matt’s world revolves around his daughter, who is the heart of his life. At home, he shares life with two energetic pups—Willow, a fluffy Great Pyrenees, and Blue, a lovable rescue dog. In his downtime, you’ll find Matt hiking with his dogs, experimenting in the kitchen or working on DIY tech projects.

Dustin’s career at SERVPRO of Bartow County is a true example of hard work and determination. What started as an entry-level role quickly grew into a leadership position thanks to his dedication and drive. Today, he proudly serves as the Head of the Mitigation Department, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in restoration. As a certified IICRC Water Restoration Technician, Dustin is known not only for his technical expertise but also for his steady, compassionate approach to helping customers in crisis.

Family is at the core of everything Dustin does. He often says that every long shift, late-night emergency, and tough day is worth it for his wife and their three children. When he’s off the clock, you’ll likely find him manning the grill, cheering on the Braves with his kids, or enjoying a quiet afternoon of fishing with his wife.

Dustin also enjoys the outdoors—whether it's hunting, working in the yard, or tackling weekend home improvement projects. His work ethic, leadership, and commitment to both his team and his family make him an irreplaceable part of SERVPRO of Bartow County.

Ethan Robinson has been a valued member of the SERVPRO family for over six years, bringing hard work, heart, and a great sense of humor to everything he does. Born and raised in Augusta, GA, Ethan is a proud husband and devoted father of two. For him, family comes first—whether it’s weekend outings with his kids or simple moments at home.

Known for his upbeat attitude and natural ability to connect with others, Ethan is someone both teammates and customers enjoy working with. He’s a dedicated mentor on the mitigation team, always ready to lend a hand, share knowledge, and lead by example.

When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him at the gym, spending time outdoors, or passionately cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers (even if it sparks some good-natured debate). Ethan’s easygoing nature and strong work ethic make him a core part of our SERVPRO team.

Carl Facchini leads the construction team at SERVPRO of Bartow County with a rare combination of experience, integrity, and heart. With more than a decade in construction and 11+ years in restoration, Carl brings a well-rounded perspective to every project—ensuring homes and businesses are not just rebuilt, but truly restored.

Originally from New York, Carl’s strong work ethic reflects his roots. He brings that same passion and focus to each job, along with an unwavering loyalty to his favorite baseball team—the Yankees.
